Tropical Greetings From Ocean Clubs

Well, it's that time of year to send you special tropical greetings and best wishes for the upcoming holiday season.

St. Maarten/St. Martin looks wonderful and was fortunate to have escaped an active hurricane season. Many positive things are taking place on the island including the completion of the “SUPER” airport in 2006. Several new development projects near Ocean Clubs are in progress and are greatly adding to the value of the area.

Aggressive Maintenance & Upgrade Program

In our efforts to provide our Members with the best “Resort Residences” we are continuing with an aggressive maintenance and upgrade program. Exterior painting is continuuing and adds to the appearance and value of Ocean Clubs. Interior painting, new bedspreads, drapes, upholstery and appliances have been replaced. The pool has refinished.

New Luxury Poolside Studios Now Available

The new “SPECIAL” luxury poolside studios are complete and available for you to add weeks to your current memberships. Call Alex for details.

REMINDERS

RCI Information Update

For Members who would like to deposit weeks with RCI in future years, it will be necessary to prepay the Club dues.

Please be advised that if you make an internal exchange we cannot guarantee any particular size or type unit. There is a charge of $50 April 1- December 15; $100 in prime season.
